Saturday and Timed Deliveries

Saturday and timed deliveries are available for UK mainland delivery address's only, on orders received before 2pm.

Dispatch

1) Same day dispatch cut-off time is 2pm. Orders received Monday-Friday before 2pm are normally dispatched the same day.

2) Orders dispatched via courier will have a tracking reference, this will be sent to you via email or sms at the time of dispatch.

3) If your goods have not been delivered after 7 working days from dispatch then please contact us so we can locate the items.

All of our products are stocked and will be dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment.  Orders received before 2pm are normally dispatched the same day.

Most orders dispatched will require a signature as receipt for proof of delivery. 

All delivery times are estimations only. As we use external couriers to deliver our goods, delays may be experienced during busy times and adverse weather conditions.

If for any reason we are out of stock of any item that you have ordered we will contact you to advise you of an anticipated delivery date, give you the option of any alternative product or the option to cancel the order, and receive a full refund.
